Programs
Your donations to the Wetaskiwin Health Foundation support a wide variety of important programs which in turn make a difference in the lives of thousands of patients every year.
Loss is never easy, often you can’t find the words you want to share with your family or friends. It is a highly individualized experience, but when your loved one dies, it can also provide a unique perspective.
By making a donation to the Wetaskiwin Health Foundation in the name of a loved one you will help their memory live on for generations to come.
Your gift will be used to benefi¬t the department or program you select when you make your donation. The next of kin will be notified by the Foundation of your gift disclosing only your name, not the amount of your gift. A tax receipt for your donation will be issued in your name and sent to you.
Imagine a community where your Legacy leads to better medical care, treatments, training, and facilities. Where your gift helps families in their moments of greatest need. Legacy Giving makes this possible.
Legacy Giving, also known as Planned Giving or Bequeathment, is a donation of assets rather than income or revenue, as laid out in a donor’s Will or Estate Plan. While this may be done in several ways, through different financial tools, that can be adapted to your situation, the end result is the same: Providing a lasting gift of hope and support for future generations in your community.
